With a high protein content, this flour is ideal for making a hearty, springy, fluffy loaf with a fabulous crust. Sourdough starters LOVE eating whole wheat bread flour. If you're not used to baking with or eating 100% whole wheat, start out by using 1/4 whole wheat in your recipe.
The Whole Wheat Berry (unmilled) can be sprouted, cooked, or milled.
