Hi! I'm Audrey

I'm a mom to three amazing kids, a wife, and a human, trying to make a positive change in the world.

My journey began with a simple idea - to provide people with high-quality flour that is both nutritious and delicious. I was inspired by the lack of nutrition in much of our food, and the growing need for healthier options, especially in the baking world.

I am committed to learning everything I can in order to offer a variety of flours that fit everyones bodies and culinary needs. I'm always scouring blogs and studies for the next best thing... and the tried and true winners.

  • I believe that the key to good health and happiness lies in what we eat, what we do, and the people around us. That's why I have dedicated myself to creating flour that is healthier, with both gluten and gluten-free varieties. Whenever possible, I source my grains from local farmers who share my passion for sustainability, and I use traditional stoneground milling techniques to preserve the natural goodness of the grains.
