How it started...

The first stoneground flour mill in Orange County in over 100 years.

Hi! I'm Audrey

I'm a mom to three amazing kids, a wife, and a small business owner. Everyday I work towards making a positive change in the world.

My journey began with a simple idea - to provide people with high-quality flour that is both nutritious and delicious. I was inspired by the lack of nutrition in a lot of our food, and the growing need for healthier options, especially in the baking world.

  • The key to good health and happiness lies in what we eat, what we do, and the people around us. I have dedicated much of my time to creating flour and baked goods that are healthier, tastier, and more digestible. I use traditional stoneground milling techniques to preserve the natural goodness of these organic grains.

  • What to expect from Mindful Milling Co.

    Quality, nutrition, flavor, real customer service, and processing times that are a little slower than giant companies with thousands of employees. Milling day is Sunday each week. Orders are available for pickup Sunday afternoon, and ship on Monday.
