Hi! I'm Audrey

I'm a mom to three amazing kids, a wife, and a human, trying to make a positive change in the world.

My journey began with a simple idea - to provide people with high-quality flour that is both nutritious and delicious. I was inspired by the lack of nutrition in much of our food, and the growing need for healthier options, especially in the baking world.

  • I believe that the key to good health and happiness lies in what we eat, what we do, and the people around us. That's why I have dedicated myself to creating flour that is healthier, yummier, and more digestible. I use traditional stoneground milling techniques to preserve the natural goodness of these organic grains.

    Quality, nutrition, deliciousness, personal customer service, and processing times slower than giant companies with thousands of employees. This is a one woman show- a woman who has three kids, cooks, cleans, and volunteers at the county animal shelter. Milling day is Sunday each week. Orders are available for pickup Sunday, and ship Monday.
