Kamut is the well known brand name of the grain called Khorasan. Khorasan is another really versatile flour like Einkorn. It can be used for bread, cookies, pasta, muffins, pancakes, etc. The whole grain is huge, about 2-3 times the size of all the other wheats. The Khorasan Flour has a beautiful yellowish color and wonderful aroma.
